Jennifer is accountable for building and growing World’s employee benefits practice. She established the team’s vision and mission—to reshape the health insurance model and deliver a better, more modern solution for employers and their employees. With this in mind, she assembled some of the best minds in the industry to give clients access to an elite team of consultants who innovate data-driven solutions, design agile benefits programs that improve employees’ health, and who are tackling one of the biggest problems of our time—health care expense.
Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience developing and driving growth strategies and operational improvement initiatives across health and benefits plans, talent and rewards programs, and retirement solutions. Prior to World, she held executive leadership roles at Performance Path, Health Prime, and was the COO of the Human Capital & Benefits Practice for Willis Towers Watson North America. She holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Kennesaw University and a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of Georgia. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
Mike is responsible for product innovation and distribution for the employee benefits practice. During his 30+ years in the insurance industry, Mike has established a reputation as an innovator who is focused on driving meaningful results for clients and their employees. He is uniquely qualified to build industry-leading programs, apps, and tools that modernize healthcare delivery and financing, and ultimately, put clients back in control of their benefits program and spend.
Prior to joining World, Mike held executive leadership roles at USI, Allstate, UnitedHealthcare, and was the CEO of Willis North America Employee Benefits Practice. He holds an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Christine is charged with developing and executing strategies that drive process improvement and client satisfaction across the employee benefits program spectrum. For more than 20 years, she has been leading client initiatives in strategy development, plan design, new program implementation, and financial and renewal management, that drive improved employee satisfaction and retention.
Prior to joining World, Christine held operational leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson Midwest, Willis, and Hilb Rogel & Hobbs. She holds an M.A. in Human Resources/Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. in Business Administration and Communications from Carroll University.
Josh focuses on growing and strengthening World’s market relationships and partnering with carriers to develop new and innovative solutions that benefit our joint clients. He has more than 20 years of experience optimizing client benefit programs in niche markets and building placement and analytics tools and processes that lead to improved program outcomes.
Prior to joining World, Josh held employee benefits leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, Aetna, and Willis. He holds a B.S. in Insurance and Risk Management from Indiana State University.
Jay is responsible for helping World’s clients keep their benefit plans within the boundaries of all applicable laws and regulations while simultaneously enhancing the employee experience and plan results. With more than 30 years of experience as a tax attorney specializing in employee benefits programs, Jay has successfully integrated technical expertise with creative and practical solutions in the design, administration, and compliance of health and welfare benefits programs.
Prior to World, Jay held legal and compliance executive leadership roles at Lockton, Aon, Willis Towers Watson North America, and MetLife. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University. He also holds a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation.
Dawn spearheads the development and implementation of robust communication strategies aimed at enhancing employee wellness, mitigating benefit costs, and empowering employees with the necessary knowledge to make informed benefit selections.
With over 25 years of experience, she has been at the forefront of innovating communication tools and resources tailored to assist employers in educating their employees, enhancing user experiences, and fostering increased employee engagement, ultimately resulting in optimized benefits program outcomes.
Prior to World, Dawn held communications roles at New York Life, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Aetna, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an M.A. in Communications and a B.A. in Visual Communications from the University of Hartford.
Lindsay is responsible for all population health management initiatives and consults with clients to build best-in-class health and wellness programs tailored to the specific needs of their organization and health of their employees. For more than 15 years, she has been executing innovative approaches and best practices to transform well-being and care programs for clients and uses data analytics to inform strategies in the areas of vendor programming, incentive design, and care improvement.
Prior to joining World, Lindsay spearheaded health management initiatives at Optum, Delta Airlines, and FirstCare Health Plans. She holds a B.S. in Community Health from St. Cloud University.
